HKA Releases Practice Statement Letter to Aircraft Lessors

HKA distributed a Practice Statement Letter to most of aircraft lessors, perpetual noteholders and other unsecured creditors. The Practice Statement Letter describes a restructuring plan proposed by HKA for those creditors under Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006 of the UK.
