Hit-and-run van driver is arrested for murder after pedestrian, 26, is run over and killed

Police and paramedics rushed to the scene of the incident in Brighton , East Sussex, at 5am on Saturday but nothing could be done to save the 26-year-old pedestrian from his serious injuries.
