A reported hit-and-run driver, in possession of a large quantity of drugs, was detained and arrested after hitting several cars and then attempting to flee on foot near the area of 70 Rowes Warf in Boston, Massachusetts on Saturday evening.
The suspect, 26-year-old Jesse George Rausch of Enfield, Connecticut was stopped in his tracks by a passerby and a Boston Harbor Hotel Security officer. A nearby Homeland Security officer detained Rausch until Boston police showed up.
Boston police report that during a search of Rausch's car they found a large nitrous oxide tank, a large quantity pf Rice Krispy and Trix Treats packed for sale that appeared to be laced with a hallucinogen, a pill bottle containing what's believed to be hashish, over $1,200, and various drug paraphernalia.
