Hit-and-run motorist convicted of death by dangerous driving after hitting cyclist from behind has his 'lenient' four-year jail sentence doubled by appeal judges

Three judges on Friday concluded that a four-year prison sentence handed to Syed Ahmed, 32, was 'unduly lenient' and increased it to eight years after the smash in the early hours of the morning.
