PHOENIXVILLE — Learn about “The History of the Pennsylvania Turnpike” in a free presentation at Phoenixville Public Library on Monday, Oct. 16 at 6:45 p.m. Kendra Cook of the Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles will be the presenter.
