Hillsborough offering in-home COVID vaccinations starting Sunday

Homebound resident Robert Morris, 73, left, received a coronavirus vaccine last month from John Mikula, center, a paramedic manager with TransCare Medical Transportation Services. Morris’ wife, Nora, who was already vaccinated, watched the process in their Tampa home. Starting Sunday, Pulse Clinical Alliance will begin in-home vaccinations that will run through April 20 in Hillsborough County.
Hillsborough County will begin free, in-home coronavirus vaccinations on Sunday for residents who are elderly, without transportation or have disabilities that would make it hard for them to travel for shots.
