Hillsborough County SAO confirms 1984 killing was 'murder for hire'

In mid-November, Donald Santini took a plea deal in connection to the 1984 murder of Cynthia Wood. The Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office is now confirming that he was paid to kill her.
