Going into Tuesday night's clash with Clinton-Massie, the Hillsboro Indians had indeed been road warriors- their first four games of the 2020 season had been away from home. In fact, their home opener had been delayed for a month. So, playing on their home court must have been a source of inspiration because the Indians played some of their best basketball in defeating the visiting Falcons by the final score of 68-54.
HHS may have had their top offensive quarter of the season right from the opening tap ---- scoring 23 points in the first stanza. They were led by Lawton Parry's two 3 balls that enabled them to grab an 8 point lead (23-16).
