Eureka Springs basketball teams returned to action last week, but only for a couple of days.
After both the Highlanders and Lady Highlanders defeated Northwest Arkansas Classical Academy at home on Monday, Nov. 30, and then won at Decatur the following night, both teams were placed on quarantine later in the week because of COVID-19 concerns.
Were down again, said Highlanders coach Brian Rambo, whose team hadnt played in two weeks before the game against Northwest Arkansas Classical.
Sophomore post Shane Holloway and junior forward Kegley Ertel had 14 points apiece against Northwest Arkansas Classical Academy, while junior guard Braden Gerth added 11.
