High Court grants bail to Tehje Vaughan, accused in shooting of co-worker Charles Canton

Tehje Vaughan, charged with manslaughter by negligence, and defense attorney Leeroy Banner were successful this afternoon in the High Court where they had, 48 hours earlier, been unsuccessful in the Magistrate’s Court in obtaining bail.
