Tully did not want to disclose the asking price for the 8642ha property, which borders Lake Pukaki and runs approximately 8000 merino sheep, 3300 red deer, and 600 Angus cattle.
“I think the original intention (to sell) was pre-Covid, but they are not following through and are perfectly happy carrying on farming,” Tully said.
The NZ Companies Office register shows Irishman Creek Station Ltd’s directors as Johannes Rietveld and Christine Rietveld of Ilam, Christchurch.
