'They perfected the scheme': Caddo Co. DA files charges against teen who posed as PA, his wife, and father

The teen who posed as a Physician Assistant in Corpus Christi has been charged with several more crimes, along with his 16-year-old wife and 74-year-old father, according to Apache Police.
