GREECE, NY( WHEC)— A lot of local kids are back in the classroom.
Several elementary schools Monday morning
returned to full, in-person learning. Districts like Brockport, Fairport, Greece, Hilton, Holley, Penfield, and Spencerport all welcomed students back.
News10NBC stopped at two schools as kids got off the bus: French Road Elementary in Brighton and Pine Brook Elementary in Greece.
Parents we spoke with say it's great to have the kids back in class.
"They need their education, they need to see their friends," Parent Pam Pecorella said. "And being a fifth-grader, it's good for all the grades."
