Heron Island Resort fined after chefs serves dessert containing nuts to teenager he knew was allergic

The Brisbane Magistrates Court has been told the Heron Island Resort chef offered to make a nut-free dessert, then used a pre-packaged cake that contained almonds and possibly other nuts.
