Hermitage apartments sell for three times 2011 price

Salt Lake City entity now owns 34-unit Summit Court
In an example of how local for-rent properties have seen their values climb since the end of the Great Recession, a small Hermitage apartment complex has sold for three times the figure for which it last changed hands nine years ago.

4716 Trenton Drive near the intersection of Lebanon Pike and Andrew Jackson Parkway, the 34-unit Summit Court Apartments opened in 1979. Its new owner is a Salt Lake City, Utah-based LLC that paid $2,910,000 for the property and for which the

Christiana,-based Summit Court LLC, which paid $960,000 in December 2011, according to the Davidson County Register of Deeds, was the seller. The LLC seemingly was managed by real estate investor Gregory Lammert.
