Heritage Days, Blue Collar Festival Planning For Events
Kelly Nygaard, Faribault Area Chamber of Commerce Tourism Director told KDHL AM Minnesota listeners today plans are in the works to hold fun events again this summer.
Car Cruises will be back beginning May 21, 2021.  The actual moving cruises were so popular last year there will be at least one of those with hopes to go back to parking classic vehicles downtown with food and beverages available.
Heritage Days is the third week of June.  The Blue Collar Festival Week is expanding to five days in August, 11th through the 15th.
Nygaard believes people are eager to get back to some fun events after basically being cooped up for a year with the COVID-19 pandemic.  She assured us whatever safety protocols are required will be followed.
