A DRIVER has been banned from the roads after he was caught behind the wheel while over the alcohol limit.
Carl Anthony Gross entered a guilty plea after previously pleading not guilty when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court hear the 48-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta on the A438 at Bartestree on March 3.
An evidential breath test revealed he had 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Gross, of Frome Court, Bartestree, was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £160. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
