Here's a closer look at Rabiya Mateo in her Philippine sun-inspired evening gown

Rabiya Mateo was all kinds of shining, shimmering, splendid during the 69th Miss Universe preliminary competition on Saturday.
The Miss Universe Philippines 2020 queen won hearts as she glided down the runway wearing a yellow creation by Dubai-based Filipino designer Furne One.
On Facebook, the official account of Miss Universe Philippines shared a closer look at Rabiya in her evening gown.
 
"Yellow is the color of joy and celebration," the post read.
In an Instagram post, Furne said that the gown was inspired by the "radiance of the Philippine sun which symbolizes positivity and optimism."
