Henry Ruggs Pleads Guilty to Driving Drunk at 156 mph in Fatal Crash

In November 2021, Ruggs was charged for a felony DUI for allegedly driving 156 mph with twice the legal alcohol limit in his system, causing a fiery crash that killed a woman and her dog.
