HENDERSON, Ky. — Henderson County recorded 38 new cases of COVID-19 Thursday, while 17 new cases were reported in Webster County and five in Union County.
The Green River District Health Department reported 267 new cases in its seven-county district on Thursday and the deaths of three Daviess County residents.
Of new cases reported on Thursday, 138 of those were in Daviess County, 32 in Ohio County, 23 in Hancock County and 14 in McLean County.
The incidence rate, which measures the average daily cases per 100k population over the past seven days, rose to 66.0 in Henderson County as of Wednesday afternoon, which held it in the "red" or critical level. Union County and Webster County remained in the critical level at 38.7 and 80.6, respectively.
