HENDERSON, Ky. — Henderson County recorded two new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Thursday as reported by the Green River District Health Department.
Overall, the GRDHD reported 27 new cases in its seven-county district on Thursday with 18 of those in Daviess County. Ohio County, Hancock County and Ohio County reported two new cases apiece, while Webster County had one. Union County did not report any new cases.
The incidence rate, which measures the average daily cases per 100,000 population over the past seven days, dropped to 14.9 for Henderson County as of Wednesday afternoon and held the county in the "orange" or accelerated level. Webster County is also in the "orange" level at 11.0, while Union County remained in the "yellow" or community spread level at 4.0.
