Henderson County News: Henderson County property values likely to increase more than 10 percent, county leaders say

Henderson County (Aug 2, 2022) - Saying he wanted to begin preparing Henderson County’s citizens, County Manger John Mitchell told commissioners Monday evening that he expects property values in the county to increase by more than 10 percent once the ongoing reevaluation process is complete.
