The newest program at the Oxford County Community Health Centre is focused on providing housing stability for some of the region’s most vulnerable.
Allison Leger, a member of the centre’s housing stability team, said the its Housing Stability Outreach program works with Oxford County residents who are either homeless – sheltered or unsheltered – or at risk of being homeless.

Outreach workers advocate with landlords, act as a resource for landlord-tenant issues, help find appropriate and safe housing, and walk people through the process of finding and securing housing.
