Heavy fines, warnings issued for dozens of police over leak of Dean Laidley custody photos

35 police employees were issued warnings following Dani Laidley's leaked photo
Six officers were also ordered to pay up to $3000 each in compensation
Senior constables are awaiting an outcome from the internal disciplinary board
Photos were shared extensively on social media after they were leaked in May 
It comes after 274 officers were interviewed as part of an investigation
