Post COVID symptoms
Post-COVID patients may experience lingering symptoms of the virus, ranging from fatigue, cough, shortness of breath, confusion, memory issues, among others. Lingering symptoms could be debilitating, and prevent someone from returning to their pre-COVID lifestyle and routines. In these instances, individuals may become concerned about their physical and mental health due to the frustration of recovering fully from the virus and a concern for their overall health and well-being.
Healthcare facilities are expanding services to help these special circumstances to help people manage their care better, like ECHN, who has implemented a COVID Recovery Resource Line.
