SCOTTSDALE, AZ — It was a busy day inside Ryan M. Scottsdale, as stylists gave free haircuts to healthcare workers.
Between the washing, combing and snipping, Kaleigh DeJohn was getting some much-needed pampering.
"Shortening my hair, it's been pretty long for the last year, so I was like why not?" DeJohn said.
DeJohn is in charge of delivering meals to patients in the hospital, which includes the COVID floor.
"It's hard because they can't see their families, they can't see our faces honestly," she said.
