Health reforms are key to economic recovery in Africa | United Nations Economic Commission for Africa

Dakar, Senegal, 16 May 2022 (ECA) - Amadou Hott, Senegalese Minister of Finance says Africa had to go through the COVID-19 crisis to realise the importance of investing in strong health systems and pharmaceutical companies that can produce medicines locally.
