Health boss warns Southern Trust is on brink of collapse as it faces 'perfect storm' of challenges

The chief executive of the Southern Health Trust has issued a dire warning to her board, warning that it was in an “impossible position” and may no longer be able to meet all of its obligations in terms of quality healthcare delivery.
