Dr Snehal Porwal (38) was born and brought up in Pune. A bright student right from her school days, she, later on, graduated from the prestigious
BJ Medical College. She completed her MBBS with flying colours back in 2005 and thereafter completed a diploma in Dermatology and Cosmetology from KEM Hospital
Pune in 2008. Apart from her own practice, she is involved in social activities too.
Recalling her struggles, she asserts that all the preparation that went into for MBBS was excruciating. The rigorous curriculum and seemingly endless hours drowned in books can break even the toughest. For her, it was intellectually, mentally, and emotionally challenging. The happiness of becoming a doctor, however, was worth the struggle.
