Healey names acting HHS secretary while search continues

After naming two of her Cabinet secretaries Wednesday morning, Gov.-elect Maura Healey made another dent in her hiring Wednesday afternoon with the appointment of an acting secretary of health and human services and the announcement of a series of senior staff positions.
