Professor's annual Halloween display brings Ukraine to West Hartford – Hartford Courant

For two decades, the Central Connecticut State University history professor has amazed and unnerved passersby with his elaborate Halloween displays that force observers to ponder the state of the country, democracy and the world. This year, the installation at 115 North Main Street in West Hartford brings a war-torn Ukrainian city to Warshauer’s front lawn.
