HC imposes Rs 50,000 cost on Delhi Govt for not filing reply to plea seeking more forest personnel and their protection

The petitioner’s counsel informed the Delhi High Court the notice in the matter was issued last year and two orders were also passed by the court. However, no reply had been filed by the Delhi Government.
