Hatboro woman sentenced on harassment charge for 'racially fueled tirade' against restaurant owner

Rita Frances Bellew, 56, of Hatboro was accused of engaging in “a profane, racially fueled tirade” against the owner of Amy’s Family Pizzeria and was ordered to stay away from the restaurant and to write a letter of apology to the owner. Video of her racist rant went viral.
