Hatboro man sent to prison for possessing child porn

Carl Wisniewski, 35, of Hatboro, who had a previous conviction for possessing child pornography in Bucks County, will spend more than a decade in prison after he admitted to possessing child pornography once again, this time at his Montgomery County residence.
