Harvey Wollman, former SD governor, teacher, 'citizen-legislator,' dies at 87

Wollman, who was the most recent Democratic governor in the state, served five months in office after his predecessor, Richard Kneip, became ambassador to Singapore. Wollman, who died of natural causes on Tuesday, Oct. 18, leaves behind an accomplished life as a state senator, educator and father.
