The Community Renewal Team, a social services agency serving Hartford and Middlesex counties, has purchased the Days Inn hotel property on Brainard Road in Hartford for $3.4 million.
Brainard Hotel Associates LLC. — which purchased the property for $1.4 million in 2001 — signed it over in a deal dated Dec. 17. Urvashi Patel, of Newington, is principal of the seller.
The 2-acre property hosts a three-story, 51-year-old hotel with 68 rooms, according to city assessing records.
