Hard Rock Tahoe murder suspect transferred to Douglas County Jail

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Nev. - The man accused of killing South Lake Tahoe resident Omar Reye Garcia has been transferred to the Douglas County Jail. Edgar Julian Delgado of Santa Cruz has been charged with first-degree murder and carrying a concealed weapon. He is being held without bail.
