Actor Shahid Kapoor, who initially shot to fame because of his chocolate boy looks and for portraying romantic roles, has since evolved a lot as an artist and explored different genres like action films and thrillers.
A recipient of several awards, Shahid is the son of actors Pankaj Kapur and Neelima Azeem. His parents separated when he was three, and he continued living with his mother. A Delhi boy, Shahid and his parents moved to Mumbai when he was 10.
