Sierra Arts Foundation, a nonprofit that advocates for arts and the artists that create it within a 200 mile radius of the Reno, Sparks region, is hosting the first Holiday Music and Art Festival in partnership with the Carson City Parks and Recreation department at Silver Saddle Ranch on Nov. 18. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
