Hamilton mom says botched immigration process led to 'horrific' months-long separation from family

Sarah Arvanitis has lodged a complaint against her lawyer alleging she was assured her permanent residency application had been filed in 2021. When the Hamilton mom tried to return to Canada, she was told there was no record of it and she was denied entry for months.
