HAMDEN — Police are searching for the driver of a blue pickup truck who allegedly abandoned a beagle in poor health Tuesday morning.
Police were called to Downs Road for a report of an abandoned dog around 8:30 a.m., according to Hamden police Capt. Ronald Smith.
