NEW HAVEN — A Higganum man allegedly was caught with “numerous pills” after officers observed a transaction on Whitney Avenue Monday, according to police.
Officers with the department’s Street Interdiction Team saw the alleged drug-related transaction occur in a Whitney Avenue parking lot around 2:30 p.m. Monday, Capt. Ronald Smith said in an email.
“Officers subsequently conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle that was operated by Glenn Hiller. Hiller was in the possession of numerous pills, including Suboxone, Adderall, Clonazepam and Aprazolam. He did not have a valid prescription for any of the pills,” Smith said.
