Hamas accepts Egypt-Qatar cease-fire proposal

The group issued a statement Monday saying its leader, Ismail Haniyeh, delivered the news in a phone call with Qatar's Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani and Egypt's Intelligence Chief Abbas Kamel.
