THE ORDER ALSO LIMITS CAPACITY OF PLACES TO 75 PERCENT. ONE OF THOSE PLACES THAT HAS A NEW YEAR'S CELEBRATION - HAL AND MAL'S IN DOWNTOWN JACKSON.
