Gwen Garcia's critic, Rowena Burden, indicted for cyberlibel

Dr. Rowena Burden, who earlier announced that she will be running for Cebu governor in 2025, was indicted for three counts of cyberlibel following her alleged “malicious” tirades against Governor Gwendolyn Garcia.
