All 14 members were present and the election concluded in a conducive atmosphere.
Jammu: The People's Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) on Friday (February 19) won the post of District Development Council (DDC) chairperson in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said.
Rajouri, which is reserved for Scheduled Tribes, went to the polls in the final phase that marked the conclusion of the election process to DDC posts in all the 20 districts of the Union territory, officials said.
