Gujarat Love Jihad Law: Parts Of Gujarat Anti-'Love Jihad' Law Can't Operate

Six sections of a "love jihad" law, including one that places burden of proof on the accused, in Gujarat cannot be allowed to stand, the Gujarat High Court said in an interim order, ruling the provisions could not apply to inter-faith marriages.
