Guilty verdict for Columbus, Neb, man accused of voter fraud

A Columbus, Nebraska, man was found guilty on Thursday, Aug. 24, of election falsification following a short trial in Colfax County District Court. A 12-person jury took only 58 minutes to render a guilty verdict against Larry L. Divis, of Columbus, who was accused of illegally registering to vote and voting in the Village of Richland in the 2020 general election despite really living in Columbus.
