Guilford school board urges state Supreme Court to reject forced vaccination case

The Guilford County Board of Education is asking North Carolina’s highest court not to take up a case involving the forced COVID-19 vaccination of a 14-year-old boy in 2021. The teen and his mother hope the state Supreme Court will revive their suit against the Guilford schools and Old North State Medical Society.
