Richardson Grove, I can’t believe I am writing this, but: Caltrans
is doing an impressive job with the Last Chance Grade Project.
Recently, Caltrans announced it had narrowed its range of
alternatives to just two options for the Last Chance Grade Project.
Take it from someone who has been watching this project develop for
